Trainee Plumbing Assembler

We have an exciting opportunity to join our client based in North West London; they are seeking an energetic assistant to train in plumbing and assembly of bathroom products to strengthen their team on a permanent basis.

Our client is well-established in the industry and have just relocated to bigger new premises, this is a busy and growing production site that specialises in high end luxury bathrooms, and they are seeking a talented team player that is good with their hands.

Having some plumbing experience will be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided. Your initial duties will be to learn how to assemble a number of luxury bathroom products such as taps, showers and marble basin units. You should be organised and thorough and possess a good command of the English language. This role will suit a trainee that is good with their hands, can easily follow instructions, and works well within a team setting. We are looking for a candidate that has long term career goals as there is great opportunity and plenty of room to grow with the company.

Our ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to use various hand tools.
  • Previous experience in a hands-on role.
  • Some previous experience plumbing is advantageous.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to ensure targets are met.
  • Ability to follow instructions and follow procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Well organised and thorough.
  • Reliable and hard-working.
  • Good command of English is essential.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary: £26K – 28K dependent upon experience, with potential for increase once settled into role

28 days Annual Leave inclusive of bank holidays
