Receptionist & Office Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy client in Crayford, they are looking for an experienced receptionist / administrator to join them on a temporary basis.

Main Duties but not limited to:

  • Meet and greet in a warm and friendly manner all visitors including Clients and Business partners.
  • Log visitors in and out on the in-house booking system (Proxyclick) and issue them with entry security passes.
  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times.
  • Arrange couriers for important documents and samples nationally and internationally. (Daily)
  • Frank and post all outgoing post (Twice a week)
  • Sort and distribute all incoming post and parcels. (Daily)
  • Order Office Stationery and maintain the Stationery cupboard ( weekly)
  • Order A4 copy paper for the whole building (monthly)
  • Arrange taxis for Visitors and Colleagues. (Daily)
  • Oversee and organise the companies archiving ( every 4 to 6 months)
  • Order Milk, Coffee, Tea and Sugar from Sainsburys for the whole building. (2-3 times weekly)
  • Book meeting rooms for colleagues and supply refreshments / lunch when requested.
  • Assist the accounts department with Scanning PODs/CMRs when requested
  • Assist the Accounts department with sub-contractor Invoice reconciliation when requested.
  • Keep updated records of Reception expenses.
  • Log and report any maintenance and cleaning issues to the relevant department.
  • Assist colleagues and directors with any scanning, laminating, and binding as and when requested.

This role is temporary and required for cover to 15th September.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm

Hourly rate of pay £13.00 per hour
