Planwell Recruitment Ltd is an Industrial Recruitment specialist dealing with major national companies. We are currently recruiting for a Telemarketer to join our small friendly team. Your role will be to promote our services, generate leads, and help drive sales while maintaining a positive brand image.
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to generate leads
- Schedule meetings for directors
- Answer questions about the services
- Present our services clearly and persuasively
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Skills:
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Confident on the phone
- Proficient in English
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Salary and hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
Hourly rate: £12.21
- 28 days Annual Leave (inclusive of 8 bank holidays)
- Online payslips (pay can be weekly or monthly to suit)
- Onsite parking
