Warehouse Machine Operator (Print)

Our client based in Tottenham is seeking Print Machine Operators to join their friendly team.
You will be operating print machinery in a very fast turnaround environment. We have options to take on candidates that are experienced in operating print machinery or to start candidates as trainees that just have a small amount of machine operator experience in any field.
Candidate Requirements:
- Able to work both independently and as part of the team
- Be self-motivated and highly organized with good attention to detail
- Confident ability to work to deadlines
- Adaptable to quickly learn new skills
- Be quality conscious and efficient with good communication skills
- Reliable, team player that works well with others
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Some previous machine operator exp
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in this environment
- Committed and Reliable
Salary:
Monday to Friday, two shifts available 7.00am – 3.00pm OR 3.00pm – 11.00pm
Weekend cover can be required in busiest period
Hourly rate £10.62 - £11.55
A trainee machine operator (no experience on print machinery) will start on £10.62 and move to £11.55 once they are trained and fully running their own machines.
An experienced print machine operator will start at £11.55 (after assessment)
There is scope to grow in your role as other pay scales are £12.00 and £13.50 with further training and more experience gained.
