Warehouse Picker Packer Weekends

Planwell Recruitment is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy Dartford operation on their inbound/packing team. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, detail-focused individuals who take pride in handling premium products and delivering consistently high standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
You will support both inbound and packing activities, helping stock move accurately and efficiently from receipt through to despatch. The role requires care, pace and teamwork, particularly when preparing high-end luxury products and carefully gift-wrapped customer orders.
Key Duties:
- Receive, scan and store incoming stock.
- Check product quality and report discrepancies.
- Carefully pack, gift-wrap and label customer orders.
- Prepare orders for despatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s warehouse, packing or inbound experience.
- Reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented.
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Shift Pattern: Weekends only, 07:00–15:30
Training: 19 October for two weeks Monday - Friday
Start Date: Weekends commence on 31 October
Pay & Benefits:
- £12.73 per hour, paid weekly.
- Annual leave pro rata (28 days incl bank holidays)

- Consistent, ongoing temporary work.
A basic DBS check is required. If you don’t have one, we’ll arrange and cover the cost.
