Our client based in Erith is seeking experienced Machine Operator to join them on an ongoing basis. To ensure all machines are assembled and set up correctly ready for production by following company procedures that are in place. Maintaining efficiency with minimal downtime. Daily inspection of all machine wearing parts to ensure they are all in optimum condition & all components are present.
Main Duties
- Assemble various packing/filling machines ready for production starters
- Keeping machines filled with product and packaging so production doesn't stop
- Manage efficient changeovers of flavours and pot size
- Dismantle clean and reassemble machines at the end of production shift
- Keeping workplace clean & tidy at all times
- Fault finding on machine if errors occurs
- Maintain optimum efficiency on machines
Skills & Qualifications
- Food Production machine experience
- Food manufacturing experienced
- Health & safety conscious
- Good attention to details

Shifts:
Monday to Thursday, 6.30am-5pm
Salary:
Start £10.76
Subject to attendance and performance a permanent contract is awarded after 12 weeks with salary increase to £12.50.
