Receptionist/Administrator (Part-time)

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator to join a fantastic company based in Liverpool street in the City of London (EC2M) for a permanent part-timeposition.

In this role you will be the gatekeeper to the organisation, so we’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner that possesses a ‘can-do’, flexible attitude along with good administration experience.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Answering all calls and transferring as required
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Acting as the first point of contact for members of the organisation
  • Maintaining a professional reception area
  • Meeting room management - managing the diaries and logistics for the meeting rooms including room preparation and hospitality requirements
  • Scanning documents and general administration duties

Candidate Requirements;

  • Previous experience in Receptionist / Front of House / Office Administration roles
  • Confident communication skills
  • Warm and professional telephone manner
  • IT literate - experience in using MS Office is essential
  • Highly organised nature with keen eye for details
  • Team player
  • Reliable, punctual, smartly presented and professional

Salary/hours;

This role will be temporary via agency to start with and subject to satisfactory attendance and performance will become permanent after 12 weeks.

This role is part-time for three full days per week with hours of 9.00am to 17.30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s. Candidate required to be flexible to work full-time weeks for periods of holiday cover.

Interviews to be held from 18th August, with an immediate start thereafter.
